How Evolution Works

Most spirits in Roco Kingdom: World can evolve 1–2 times. After evolving:

• Base stats jump significantly
• Appearance changes
• New skills may unlock
• Some spirits' types shift

Evolution Types

Level evolution (most common)

Reach the threshold level — no extra requirements.

Item evolution

Use a specific item to trigger evolution. Items typically come from events or the shop.

Conditional evolution

Meet special conditions (friendship, day/night, location, etc.) before leveling up.

Evolution Tips

1. Don't cancel evolutions. Stat gains are huge — there's no benefit to staying in pre-evolved form long-term.
2. Before evolving, check the post-evolution skill list — some moves are pre-evolution only.
3. Time tricky evolutions correctly so you don't miss exclusive moves.

Evolve your main attacker first — the stat boost from evolution outpaces several levels of grinding.

• Starters (Miaomiao / Huohua / Shuilanlan) → evolve ASAP
• Highest-level team member → evolve next
